The customer service is fantastic! What a wonderful experience. Genuinely cares :) I have a 3rd graduate but not for a few more years and will defanetly use them

Easy to order online, fast shipping, great product/announcement at a competitive price. No issues, would recommend.

We ordered our son's announcements and were very happy with the whole experience. They were delivered sooner than we expected and were nicer than we anticipated. Even though there was a typo-(my fault) Karen and the staff jumped on it and corrected as fast as they could, I am grateful for their guidance and reassurance they provided. In the shipping a little damage to some items caused by the carrier, but again the staff got on top of it and re-mailed the damaged items- so thanks to Tristan at Signature for that help. Good prices, Good Service and a winning attitude at Signature by the Karen, Tristan and the entire staff is a sign of the "Customer Comes First" in their business practices.

This complaint is for Graduation announcements for my son. I ordered elegant style announcements, but was sent the wrong style without any notification. I should have been notified promptly of this substitution, so I would have had more allotted time and had the option to cancel the order. But now because of timeliness I am forced to use the announcements I didn't order. The company gave me a 20 percent discount for this error but I feel this is unfair still. It seems like the company blatantly sent me the wrong announcements knowing the timeliness of this matter would force me to accept there offer and I do not.
