Been to going here for years. Recently I had a spa package as a gift. Had a hair cut, color, manicure, pedicure, facial and massage. Loved it. And they ordered me luch so I could enjoy my day.

DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL HAIR FRIED , RUINED AND DEAD. OWNER IS I IRRATIONAL AND LOW CLASS , RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AT ALL, AND SHE DOWSNT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS AT ALL. I WAS A REGULAR AND SPENT THOUSANDS SHE REFUSED TO REFUND MY $515.00, AFTER THEY CHOPPED 4 inches OFF, FEIED THE REST OF MY HAIR. STRAIGHTNER ASHLEY GUARANTEED ME THAT IT WOULD HAVE NOT CAUSED ANY DAMAGES TO MY HAIR SAND FREEZY THERE IS NO REPAIR NOR FIXING TO MY HAIR .THE LEAST IS REFUND MY MONEY COVER HER ATTORNEY FEES, SMALL CLAIM COURT COST . Intuition was recommended by a co-worker. I stopped by to make an appointment and Linda was available so I agreed to have her cut my hair. I should have realized this was not a good idea because she seemed new and a bit apprehensive with everything she did. She shampooed me and we went to her station and talked about what kind of haircut I wanted. I asked if she wanted to see pictures and she said no; she felt like we were communicating. We talked about my bangs for about 5 minutes. I wanted them right above my eyebrows and said if they were just a little shorter than that it would be fine because they seem to grow fast. I just didn't want them too thick or cut straight across. I wanted them to frame my face. She took her first cut which included about half my bangs and quite a bit of hair above the bang area. When she moved her hand, I couldn't believe how short they were! I looked at her with shock and said Oh no! That's really short. She asked if it was too short and I said yes, but what are we going to do now? You might as well cut the rest of them. She did and I ended up with bangs that were 2" long at most. They were uneven, thick and cut straight across! I told her I was sorry but didn't feel comfortable with her cutting the rest of my hair. I even offered to pay for the shampoo and she offered to blow dry my hair before I left. But, I left with wet hair and didn't pay a dime. I called the salon the next day and spoke with Rolando hoping to get some sort of apology or maybe even a coupon for a free haircut. He got with the owner, Dawn, and called me back with Dawn's response. She said I could come in and have them fixed for free, but if I still wanted a haircut, I would have to pay. I told Rolando that I wanted to send Dawn a picture so she would know that it wasn't just a matter of them being a little short or slightly crooked and he gave me a number to text the picture to. I texted the picture the day before Thanksgiving. Since it was the holiday, I figured I might not hear from her until the weekend or possibly Monday. I texted again on Monday and called. I was told Dawn was going to call my on Tuesday. Here it is Thursday, a week and a half later and Dawn has not called or replied to my texts. From my viewpoint, there are 2 possible solutions. Either offer to cut my hair for free after the bangs grow out or cut it now for free and blend the bangs a bit to make the growing out process a little easier. But, the main thing is this: I had my own business for years and the customer is not always right, but you definitely want to keep them happy! It is word of mouth that will make or break a business so one unhappy customer turns into 10+ that will never do business with you. All I really wanted was an acknowledgement from Dawn that, yes this happened, it was a mistake, they are too short and cut poorly and possibly even an apology.

I had my hair highlighted there a couple of weeks ago, and I am absolutely in love with it! I told the girl I wanted it subtle, & she just did a perfect job. It looks so natural, I am so happy! Everyone there is so nice, too. I have talked to a couple of friends who went on my recommendations, & they were very happy with everything.

Absolutely brilliant! I just got a Keratin Treatment and my hair has never looked as shiny and healthy as it does after coming to Intuition. The staff is amazing and the experience definitely makes me want to come back!

Got a facial, & now my skin is almost like a baby's butt! I'm pretty sure I could eat what they put on me (I read the back of the container when I was in there - it mostly sounds like food products), so I know it's safe to put on my skin. I scheduled a chemical peel, because the girl doing my facial said it could possibly help with my acne. They are so helpful there, absolutely loved it!

i LOVE my hair!

I've found my new salon! I am so picky about who touches my hair because it's so long but I gave this salon a try because I am new to the area, and I love the way it came out! Its more styled and frames my face so much better! My stylist, Cyndi, was awesome because she respected that I was a little nervous about what to do with my hair but gave it more life! Next time I might even go for some color...if your thinking about scheduling an appointment there you wont be disappointed!

I went to this salon a few days ago, and just haven't gotten a chance to give them a review (I actually just now created this account so I could give them one- there just aren't enough on here!). I just wanted everyone to know this is THE PLACE to get your hair done! The hairdressers are super nice, and the shop is very cool inside. I loved the jewelry they had, and it's all pretty inexpensive. I didn't get color done this time, but I set up an appointment to have a consult with my new hairdresser, so I can get some purple highlights! Yeah, they have purple!

Fantastic service

This salon is truly a great place. I know it seems odd for a man to go to a beauty salon to have a hair cut, but I am always guaranteed to receive great service. The stylists all obviously know what they're doing, so I never have to worry about which girl is doing my cut. I recommend this place to all of my friends, male and female alike.
