I started going to this store about 7 years ago after moving to Florida. The manager at the time was a gentleman named Ryan, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. One time I had gone there and realized Ryan had been transferred out of state. I continued going to this service center because it was near me and I THOUGHT that they did a good job. I had the same problem as TRIPLE J....... Rack and Pinion steering, They charged me 400 or 500 to fix the PROOBLEM. Next day same noise, same problem trying to steering the car. Brought it back they said it was a bad part,. They REPLACED it and guess what ??? SAME NOISE. I had to go back 4 or 5 times before it was fixed. I was NOT given courteous service. It was like I HAD a problem for SAYING something about my car not being fixed. When my car suffered another problem I returned to the shop (it was the only place I knew), They fixed the next problem for FREE. I thought they were trying to make good for their poor service previously and thought that was NICE. Somehow the only thing that the Manager Dennis remembers about me is the bad review HE THOUGHT I left him. HE THINKS I AM TRIPLE J........I am not, although it seems as though we had the same problem. I went back today with an estimate from another shop because they advertise "WE WILL BEAT ANYONE'S ESTIMATE BY 20 TO 40%. Dennis was still talking to me about the review I left him as TRIPLE J. He tried to find the review, which he could not. He would NOT give me the 20 to 40% discount estimate. I still like ICE COLD AIR I will continue to use the business, but since they are owned and operated SEPERATELY. I will NOT be going to the one on US 19 and 580.

These guys are not someone you would want to do business with, they charge for alignments ($49.95) without changing any of the alignment settings but still charge for setting up the alignment machine. I left the management several voice messages and received no reply.

I give them minus 5 stars!

This is the worst mechanics I'...

This is the worst mechanics I've ever been to (and my brother is a mechanic in another state and can't believe the service we got here). I took my truck in because it was making a groaning noise when it turned. The first time I went the mechanic said its the Rack N Pinion steering and charged me $562 to replace that. When I picked it up I drove it and it was making the same noise so I took it back in and spoke with the manager. The mechanic proceeded to tell me the Rack N Pinion was leaking so that did need to be replaced and they refused to refund my money. After driving it he said it was the ball joints. I told him to quit guessing and get it up on the lift and find out what was really wrong with it. He then told me that it was the left front hub bearing. After $476 they "fixed" it again. I was angry and made a comment about is it actually going to be fixed this time. They said they'd call to let me know when it was ready but they didn't. My husband picked it up and guess what? Same noise! And of course they say well that did need to be replaced and is a likely cause of a noise like that so I'm out $1038 to get something fixed that STILL isn't fixed. Apparently they hire mechanics who don't actually check to make sure the problem is fixed and can't even begin to understand what causes problems. I will NEVER return there.
