I thought all insurance agents were the same, but East Lake proved me wrong. They helped me get Homeowner's Insurance on my new house (first time buyer) and helped me navigate the wild world of Florida living - flood policy, hurricane coverage, and the changing flood zones. Because they quoted my policy BEFORE I made an offer, I found out that my house was in a neighborhood that was re-zoned last year, and I actually re-negotiated the sale price. I'm really grateful to East Lake for going the extra mile to help me through the process.

East Lake saved me over a thousand dollars on my car insurance premium, AND got me a refund on the policy that I had with another company! I didn't even realize that an agent could help me cancel my current policy, without any extra cost to me! I'm so impressed with how they handled my car insurance, that I'm going to switch my home-owner's insurance too. I'm a customer for life!

Alex at East Lake Insurance was awesome! He quoted me a policy for a new car while I was STILL ON THE LOT. He was able to write my policy in half an hour (while I was doing the paperwork on my new car), and I drove off the lot fully insured. I didn't even think that was possible! AND I got a really great rate - even less than I was paying before.
