Honest and fair. I took my laptop here because the power cord would no longer seat itself and power the unit. Steven could have fixed this for the $100+ dollars it would take to get the job done. Upon opening the unit, he found that my motherboard was deteriorating because of something that was spilled on the keyboard, and would fail in the near future. Like I said...he could have fixed the problem I came in for and not told me about the rest of it. Instead...he advised me against fixing any of it because it would cost me less to just replace the laptop. l appreciate his honesty and now will take my business to him and his wife for life. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

After getting the free estimate I was very happy with the price I was quoted. When I got my computer back I was even happier with how well it works. Definately use this company.

I am very impressed with this company. I called to find out how much it would cost to check my computer and see if it was worth fixing. When they said they offered free estimates I was skeptical at best. I decided to use them after another half hour going through the phone book. I am glad I did. Discount Computer Repair looked at my computer that wasn't even starting and told me honestly a few hours later that it was too old to be worth putting much money into and my repair wouldn't be worth it. They managed to recover all of my data and put it into a refurbished machine and brought it to my house, set it up for me, all for less than a new computer would have cost me. The computer is still running great and it has been about 6 months now.

When they told me how little it was going to cost I was shocked. I had been using Notebook plus who had been charging me for an estimate and cost me more than double for the same services in the past.
