Cornerstone Preschool is a privately owned and operated preschool serving children ages 3-5. Founded in 1985, Cornerstone was the first child care center in Pinellas County to become accredited by NAEYC in 1988. We have been APPLE accredited since 2000. As an accredited preschool, we voluntarily meet higher standards than licensing requires in the areas of administration, staff credentials, curriculum, advocacy, community involvement, and staff to child ratios. Accreditation earns us a "Gold Seal" designation from the Florida Department of Children & Families.
