Hours: No weekend hours; issues must be resolved in person since you can't get anywhere with them on the phone. (Doesn't really help to go in person, either, as they promise to resolve issues but never do.)Customer Service: Do not answer phone or return voicemails. Accounting: Do a terrible job tracking residents' payments and posting to correct account.Website: Terrible setup. Unable to successfully set up auto-pay. Even has grammar errors on it.Integrity: When our HOA left CA, CA cut off residents' access to web accounts and refused to handle calls since we were no longer their customers. After almost a month now, still have not transferred ledgers over to new management company.

Rene Jacobs - current manager at Itopia Private Residence is unprofessional and has no kooth or manners what so ever. Resident for 11 years - she is the worst manager I have seen, period. Talking to residence in a demeaning and bullying fashion. She illegally tows residence's vehicles and makes no attempt to let the resident know there is an issue. She is a reflections of Condominium Associates and and extremely bad one at that. Rene deserves to be relieved of her duties being that she does not do the job she gets paid to do. Shame on Rene and shame on Condominium Associates.Absolutely the worst.
