February 26 through March 10, 2009. My mother and I stopped for mid-afternoon coffee to check out the place. I am from Illinois and I pulled this website up on my computer. I am always on the lookout for new places to eat. We sat outside and had coffee and apple pie. The pie was freshly made and was very good. The service and coffee were good too. While sitting there, Dan the owner came out and introduced himself. He asked us to come back for dinner and we would not be disappointed. Well, we did and we were not disappointed. The food presentation was very appealing and tasty. The service was excellent. In fact, my mother and I were so impressed, we came back with my son and his wife for breakfast the following day. We also had breakfast there a few days later. Being enchanted with the place,I asked the waitress how the burgers were, and that I was very fussy in regard to my beef. I was told the burgers were the best. So again my mom and I tried the recommendation and again we were not disappointed. The burgers are the BEST. The fries were wonderful too.
