Excellent Service

I had Lakeside out to service our dryer and unfortunately the part was significant so that it would cost more for the part than what the 10 year-old dryer was worth. We ended up purchasing a brand new washer and dryer and by the time we received all of our rebates, we spent just a little more than the repair would have cost! Their prices are amazing! Ryan will beat any price on the internet! Also, we just purchased a new dishwasher and again, a beautiful top of the line stainless dishwasher for over $150 under invoice! Amazing! And the installer, Mike, is fantastic! I highly recommend this company!

They sold me a exspensive side by side whirlpool gold refrigerator then when the problems started they shirked their responsibilty

It is with great regrets that a customer has been dis-satisfied with our service, If in-fact this is a authentic custumer. As a factory authorized service center, we are paid for any service requests by the manufacturer during the warranty period (no cost to the customer). This means that if our technicians did not respond, that we would not be paid. With over 30 years of continued business in this small community, Service and customer satisfaction is a valued asset and the key to continued success. I wish that the person posting a review would be willing to post their information so that the complaint could be validated and confirm the posting is not a competitor with a desire to harm another competitor or a hoax from another unknown person. The bottom line is that we take pride in our service and sales and enjoy bringing a smile to the face of those who leave knowing that we are gratified to have their business and strive to have them as return customers.
