After a terrible experience at Clearlake Vet, i found myself here. The staff was amazing and the Dr. too. I would recommend this office 1000×

Will not return, I was disappointed. First of all I tried to get in to see the doctor and was told out of town for several days, so I waited until she came back. When we did get an appointment I was not happy with the quality of care that was given. We ended up going to another vet ( not in Clearlake) for additional care and was very happy with them. For us quality is very important.

I have had various pets for over 50 years, and the care given by Dr Jeri and her staff far exceeds any vet I have ever taken my pets to. They are all kind and loving, and give the best possible care!

I have never come across a friendlier, more comfortable veterinary clinic. Teh Dr. and the staff are all pleasant and always share my concerns about my pets. Thanks for being here Dr. Jerri.

If your value your pet, this is not the place to take them too, and if possible, I would give this Animal Hospital no stars.The main focus of this Animal Hospital is not the care of your pet, but your wallet. My cat was bitten by a rattlesnake and my regular vet was so overwhelmed by emergencies that I was referred to this Animal Hospital.Most veterinarians I've visited over the years, the first thing they do when they enter is make contact with the animal helping to put them at ease and establish a relationship with them, the second thing they do is ask you why you've come to see them. Not so here. The doctor came in, looked at me, looked at my cat, and said nothing. I told her what had happened, she then crudely snatched up my cat and walked out saying she was going to shave his paw, and refused to allow me to be there while she did it. Ten minutes later she came back with a bill for $835.00 listing all she'd like to do. This was not a place I could trust to benignly care for my pet.

Lake County Animal Hospital has always been very diligent about making sure their patients are well taken care of. They make it their obligation to give the best care and or advice for care without price gouging. I am very proud to be one of their clients. I hope that you would try out the Hospital too! You will be pleased with the entire staff.
