Zenith cleaners ruined my expensive tweed Kasper suit! The jacket collar, sleeves, and skirt are trimmed in a leather material. When I picked it up it was completely gone in some spots and partially worn away in others. This suit has been cleaned several times and come back good as new. The manager refuses to do anything about it. Please consider another dry cleaner!

The lady sends all her jobs to a different location by Crabtree. She made us go to the Crabtree location to pickup our pants which she mistakenly told them not to return to her until two days after we needed the clothes back. She have us the wrong address, name, and directions to get to the right location that had our pants. It took us 2 hours to find the right dry cleaners that had our pants. And the whole time, she blamed the other cleaners for not returning the pants when it was her mistake for not entering the right day into her system because she doesn't know how to use her computer. Worst customer service and worst dry cleaning service I've ever used and now we are hours late for where we are supposed to be. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON USE THIS SERVICE.
