We had our dog stay at Lucky Paws Boarding & Daycare for 8 days while we went on a family vacation over the Holiday. Thursday, Thanksgiving we received a phone call that my dog had some swelling and was being taken to a Vet. There they ran several tests to ensure that it was not a mass, tumor or bite. Every test came back clean, the only area that was bad is the one in the picture below. We did just that and now have $675 in Vet Bills because of Swelling along with a massive bruise that doesn’t look like it came from another dog. I beg you not to allow your pets to stay in their care even if there are webcams. Cons: Webcams only in 1 area There is not 24 hour watch on animals Only a few employees and not enough to be paying attention while animals are out Staff can't say what happened, they do not know. They did not see it. I never will ever use this place of business nor will I ever suggest this place. We as pet owners pay you to take care of our animals. We should not be held responsible for something that occurred there and have had no other Health issues with the dog for the past 3 years of her life. If the staff was around actually watching the animals, this possibly could have been avoided. What gets me the most is that they noticed that she was not as active on Wednesday but thought nothing of it and come to find out they only saw this nasty bruise upon her rolling over on her side. Come on -- If you were watching the animals, you should have noticed! Again do not use this place

They were gracious enough to help a local Rescue that needed temporary boarding for one of the dogs. The place was very clean, the dogs were playing happily with each other and the staff was very attentive.

We couldn't have been happier with the staff. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to Lucky Paws by my neighbor who takes her dog there while she s at work. By far the best boarding experience I ve had, ever. After picking my dog up from other places he seemed sad and would ignore me for days. This time when I came home he was so happy and there was no adjustment back into his normal routine. I got to watch him on the webcam and he always seemed to be having a good time with the other dogs. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be using them again.

They did not listen or READ the instructions I left regarding feeding schedule or foods. I had three dogs, two little ones that were supposed to be together and a big dog that gets boarded ALONE. The bigger dog has digestive issues and CANNOT have wet food. When I returned I was told "the big dog had diarrhea from that wet food!!" HELLO!! My dogs also came home with Kennel cough they needed a vet visit and medications for two weeks, and they had FLEAS!!! After trying to email and phone I was IGNORED by Lucky Paws and when they finally decided to address the issues it was to tell me "since I took the matter publicly we feel the matter is closed." Well I don't. My dogs were not treated properly and I am obligated to tell my review to those looking for it!!
