If your new to Clayton or are not receiving the care you deserve then come here! Entire office is great from start to finish. Facility is state of the art and has a spa feeling. My hygienist Ashley was very gentle and warm. Explained everything and detailed. I have anxiety about dental work and my teeth. I however felt comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lindsey R. Williams is great. We have been going to her for just a little over 2 years. I tried the KOR In-Office and At-Home Whitening. KOR is pretty incredible! The office staff is great. Dr. Williams runs a very professional office. Henry works very hard to make sure things are right.

I was seen as an emergency pat...

I was seen as an emergency patient. Their schedule was full, but they still worked me in at the end of the day. I appreciated that soooooo much because of how much pain I was in. I called several other offices in the area before calling Dental Oasis and no one would see me. When you are in pain, you need to be seen right away. I went with the understanding that I would have to wait a little bit, but the wait was still only 10 minutes. Brad and Henry at the front were so nice. They seemed very concerned that I was in pain and assured me that the doctor would take care of me.The doctor did her exam and was very thorough. She explained all of my options with the good and bad things about each option and they gave me prices so I could make a well informed decision. I ended up deciding to have my tooth removed. Her and her assistant, Tracy, stayed after they usually close to take the tooth out. The assistant was great. When the doctor asked her if she could stay late, she didn't hesitate to say yes. Alot of people want to get off right at closing and get upset if they are asked to stay late. She didn't mind at all. I have had other teeth taken out and it took those doctors an hour to get one tooth out. Once she started, Dr. Williams had the tooth out in only a few minutes. They gave me great instructions on what to expect afterward and how to take care of the area. Tracy even called me the next morning to check on me to make sure I was doing ok. I have NEVER had that before. Alot of offices take your money and forget about you. I was so happy with my experience there. Everyone was amazing.

I moved to the area about 5 months ago with my family and needed to find a dentist. Dental Oasis of Clayton was in network with my insurance, so I decided to give them a try. I am happy that I did. The front office staff had great customer service. They even offered me a bottled water when I checked in. The office was relaxing, very clean, and beautifully decorated. I was called back quickly with very little wait. The hygienist, doctor, and assistant were all very nice and made me feel at ease. I decided to try it first before setting appointments for my whole family. Needless to say, my husband and kids all have appointments next week.

First and foremost let me begi...

First and foremost let me begin by saying "I am ascared of dentist". Always have been and always will be. But when you hurt, you have to go somewhere. Complained so much at work, that finally coworker told me about the "Oasis". Said he and his girlfriend loved it.

I called and was worked in the very next day. Staff and Dr. Lindsey were wonderful. I felt right at home as soon as I walked thru the door, just a beautiful office and a comfortable atmosphere. I walked in hurting and walked out with a smile on my face. I have now been there 3 times and I have never had to worry because my insurance is always taken care of and the amount I have had to pay is always what they said it will be. I even have bleaching trays which didn't cost me anything but a little bit of time.

Thank you Dr. Lindsey, Tracy and the rest of the members of the Oasis staff and will see you in a few months for my next cleaning.

Would give it 2 1/2 stars if I could. Overall was not impressed. After multiple reschedules, I went here with my children for early morning visit and it took forever for them to set up first thing. Dentist talked very little and found her not very friendly. Instead of flossing holidng both ends, she would simply stick it between the teeth and then pull one end causing it to shred in my teeth. Office is very nice, and staff was friendly but sorry to say it was downhill from there.

I have never been so happy abo...

I have never been so happy about a dentist and their office. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time because I was so scared to go, but one day I decided to look in to Dental Oasis. I have now been twice and am very happy to say this is the best place to go. Dr. Humble and her staff are AMAZING!!! They are so friendly and accommodating. I am not scared to go to the dentist anymore! I just recently had some filings done and was scared out of my mind but with the care I received from Tracy before we started and during I was actually calm. She helped me like no other in any Drs office has before. I HIGHLY recommend Dental Oasis to everyone!!

If there were more than 5 star...

If there were more than 5 stars, Dental Oasis deserves the max! I'm giving them 10!!! I decided to change dentists after feeling dragged out by my dentist I had been with for years. I did a lot of searching but once I saw what the atmosphere and staff were like at Dental Oasis, I knew this might be the place for me! After my initial visit- I had no doubt :) The office is conveniently located. The atmosphere in the office is a comforting and inviting one. There is an absolute spa-like and warm welcoming sense when you first walk in. The staff is so friendly and inviting. I like the care and appreciation that is given to not just me but everyone who walks through the door. I am at ease and comfort-which is a first for me in a "dental" office. After my initial evaluation, a clear and concise dental plan was laid out for me. The pricing was specific as well as the amount my Insurance would cover. Oh--yes, I forgot to mention, they take my insurance as well as several types. That means a lot in today's economy. To get the treatment you need, to be able to use the Insurance plan that you have and the office provide specific pricing. AND IT ALL IS SO CONVENIENT! The office has worked so well with my work schedule and any rescheduling conflicts I have had. The business hours are so flexible and that is another thing I appreciate as a Wife and Mom--busy everyday--AND THEY WORK WITH "ME". Thank you Dental Oasis for your services. This is not your 'typical' dental facility. It is so much more. Any dental fears you might have had in the past, are gone once you walk in the door!! In today's society, it is nice to be valued as the customer and Dental Oasis certainly embodies this concept.

I have not received dental car...

I have not received dental care of this magnitude in over 8 years! Dr. Humble and her entire staff are the most caring and patient people in this profession! I am one that has panic attacks when I think of dental care. I am extremely reluctant and it is a MUST that when I walk into the office, I speak with the Doctor and people that will be involved in my care. After visiting a Dr. in Raleigh on Wake Forest rd. I immediately knew that they were not the ones that would be performing my procedure. I hunted and hunted for someone that I clicked with and my last option was this fairly new dentist located very close to my home. When I asked if they could put me to sleep, their answer was no and I actually started to walk out. Then I met the doctor as she came out of the back to do some paperwork. There was something about her and the other ladies that resonated friendliness and patience and understanding of my fears. They were very reassuring that they could do my work without putting me to sleep. She told me she could go as slowly as needed to make me feel comfortable. She joked with me and we all laughed together and before I knew it, I had put my trust in them and made my first appointment. The following week when I went in with i-pod and earbuds and medicated, I can truly say I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with all that was done that day. I had ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN AND COULDN'T EVEN SMELL THE NAUSIATING SMOKE that you would normally smell when they are drilling. Tracy J. held my hand and for that I probably need to appologize for squeezing so hard unnecessarily....lol. In short, I want to say thank you all for such an amazing experience and all of your patience and care! Have a blessed Christmas and I will see ya in a couple of weeks.

The best dental experience of ...

The best dental experience of my life! I normally dread going to the dentist and have all my life. I had a cleaning and some cavities filled. Normally, that would involve bits of nastiness falling on my tongue and my drowning in my own saliva. Here, the dental assistant held water and suction while Dr. Humble worked, preventing all that nastiness and helping me stay afloat. She also gave me a suction piece I could use at any time. She listened to my concerns about past painful experiences and went slowly, checking with me as she went. She also replaced a covering over my front chipped tooth because the old one(from another place a long time ago) had given me a black square on my front tooth. That tooth looks wonderful now and I feel like I can smile again!
