This is the second time in 4 months that we arrived at Tyack Dental Group in Clatskanie and they either cancelled our appointment without calling us or told us to come at this day and time and never scheduled it. We drive almost an hour one way to get there and use a half a tank of gas round trip! Despite them wasting our time and money, the receptionists and office managers are rude and treat patients like they are incompetent. Also they never return phone calls when you call about emergency dental appointments or to try to schedule appointments. My whole family will not be returning to Tyack Dental Group because how their office managers and receptionists act and do not complete their jobs.
