Technicians are always nice especially; kenny, Tommy, and Thy. Only issue is the place desperately need to update their equipment. There were 4 chairs broken. One of the seats slid forward and I almost fell on the massage rollers. As much as i like the people and their work if the chairs aren't replaced then I'm going to have to go someplace else because honestly, the time sitting there shouldn't be so uncomfortable. My tush is hurting right now.

My wife and 15 yo daughter went here to get their nails done in preparation for my daughters prom. Well, after the first person messed up my wife's nails, and second and this person tried to fix them. During this time my wife told them that she was not paying for the quality and the gaps that were left behind. They still continued working on her nails. Once it was time to pay, she was threatened saying if she didn't pay, they would tear off and cut her finger nails with a pair of clippers. So she said no, and they called the COPS! This is when I was called. I showed up and the same thing was told to me and then they corrected themselves saying they would soak her nails and then clip them. I told them because of the quality that was done I would pay half now, and since they said they had someone that could fix it Friday, I would leave my address and phone number with them and pay the other half when her nails were fixed. I thought it sounded reasonable, but I guess not. When the cop showed up, everyone said their part. Cop didn't see the issue if the nails could be fixed and we left the information with them for Friday. But of course they didn't agree with that. So the cop told us unfortunately we would have to pay because it would be considered a theft of services. After we paid for the AMATEUR job with professional prices, the cop said that they get complaints all the time and she wouldn't go back after going their before. I was mad that all this happened in front of my daughter, and after everything was said and done, her nails came out worse than my wife's! She paid because she was afraid to approach the situation. I'm hoping nobody else will have to go through this.
