Psychosocial, located in Clarksville, Tenn., is a part of Centerstone, a nonprofit organization offering a wide range of mental and behavioral health care services. Centerstone serves more than 50,000 children, adolescents, adults, seniors and their families and operates more than 65 facilities and 140 schools throughout the middle Tennessee region.
