Went through the line at 9:10 pm. Ordered a Sackfull half cheese krystals and half chiks 2 fries and 2 roadie drinks. Got handed the Sackfull and 1 drink originally and had to tell the guy multiple times we needed 1 more roadie drink to which he seemed to have trouble understanding. Got the drink and went home to eat our food only to realize our sackful was only made of 6 cheese cheese krystals and 2 fries. No chiks in bag at all. Grabbed receipt and drove back to the same store and had to literally argue with the lady at window with the other 2 guys who were there constantly making rude remarks and making fun of me and calling me a liar. This is terrible customer service and I now wonder how krystal is even still in existence with this kind of sad and pathetic customer service. This place is more worth avoiding than visiting and I hope this entire chain is shut down as they never do anything about their poor customer service.

Thanks for ruining my dinner tonight. Ordered a sack full combo, half with no mustard. When you realized you put mustard on all of them, you trying hiding your mistake by taking the pickle off and trying to get all the mustard you could off. I already had a rough day with work and taking care of a 10 month old, and all I wanted was an easy dinner. I wasn't about to drive back to the other side of town.
