I had a beautiful arrangement delivered to a friend and she was very happy with the quality of the fruit and the way it was arranged. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed from time of order until delivery. I will definitely order from this Clarksville location again!

I’ve received three large arrangements from the Edible Arrangements in Clarksville as gifts that were delivered to me. My first two were divine, absolutely excellent!!! The last time however, the fruit in the arrangement was beautiful, but really bland. I was soooo disappointed, so I decided to call and let them know. They were very kind, and all they asked was that I bring in the remainder of the basket within the next day or two and they would see what they could do. I brought it in, and the woman there explained they could make me up another basket; however, it would be from the same fruit that was used earlier. She said they receive fresh fruit daily from local providers and that’s the fruit that is used in the baskets for the day. She said if I was willing to wait, the next day it would be a different batch of fruit. The very next day they delivered a fabulous arrangement that was beautiful and delicious. I expected a smaller arrangement as we had consumed some of the fruit, but Edible Arrangements went all out a second time. Also of note, several times when they’ve come to deliver baskets I’ve not been home. As long as I’ve called them, the drivers have come back within 90minutes of me calling to let them know I’m home and I’ve gotten my basket—no problem. The drivers and store staff come across as courteous and professional. I really couldn’t be more pleased and I definitely recommend Edible Arrangements of Clarksville.

The ppl who work here look like they crawled out of bed in the same clothes they wore the day before . They don't care at all about the customers and if we are happy . They walk around with an idc attitude and project it onto their customers . When I went in I stood around for ten mins while they were all put back smoking ! They were rude and very unprofessional . Plus my arrangement looked like they dropped it on the floor. I would never in a million yrs go back to this place .

I was unimpressed with the customer communication. I missed a delivery, and I called the store to coordinate redelivery. I was told I'd be first the following day, and that I'd get a call from the driver when he arrives around 9am, as I would be out of town in the afternoon. I never received a call, so I called the store again. This time I was told others were promised first delivery, and I wouldn't get a delivery until mid afternoon, when I'm out of town. The person I spoke with assured me I would get a refund of the delivery charge if I picked up the arrangement. I wasn't thrilled with this, but I agreed. The person at the store coldly stated that I wasn't eligible for a refund, and that the person who told me that was not authorized to say such things. She was rude. I explained my disappointment in the lack of communication, telling me things that aren't so, not calling when expecting to, etc and her only response was "Mmm hmm." The arrangement was nice, but the lack of communication and lack of concern is enough to keep them from getting my business.
