Don't waste your time with Centerstone. They drag their butts on everything including releasing records to SSI Disability. I have contacted them numerous times to get them to release my records to Disability and they promised to have them sent in a week or two. Needless to say, two months later and still no records sent. By law, they must submit those records within 30 days of initial request from SSI and yet they still refuse to be in any hurry to comply. Furthermore, Centerstone will "bounce" you from Dr. to Dr. and Therapist to Therapist, ultimately causing further distress in any mental condition, by making you repeat your conditions over and over again. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and surely not to anyone I care about.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a joke. They will take your call, schedule you an appointment for medication management, put you through an hour and a half of intake, have you sign releases, and then tell you at the end of your appointment "you know you are not getting any meds today? Yeah it will be about 2 to 3 weeks any you will have to go to Nashville because we don't have any med providers." THIS IS MALPRACTICE.

Centerstone has given me a new outlook on life. several times over. they have been there for me with open arms every time i decide that i have gotten "better" and quit going to treatment and then decide to come limping back. they have been there for me with zero judgement. they have been there with counseling and someone to prescribe the proper medication, and someone to listen to me when things havent worked out for me. they have also been there to help me as much as they possibly can financially. they have been through the worst and the best moments of my life. i cannot have asked for better treatment. i am very thankful to have found a safe haven such as this
