Affiliated Dentists is an in-network provider with my dental insurance company which means it agrees to do the work for the price that the insurance pays the company and not a penny more. After having a crown done, they sent me a bill for the balance above and beyond the contracted price which they are not allowed to do. When dealing with this provider, caveat emptor!

My experience was awful. All they want is your money and will not fix what they did. They will tell you one thing and then lie about and deny what they ever said. I was back and forth to this dentist and endodontist in Nashville for root canal and crown. They kept telling me it was each other's fault that I was having pain and also my blue tooth that was the crown was also my fault and that they would not fix it unless I paid them another $500 on top of the $1000 I already paid to have everything done. They would not let me see the dentist to have him look at my crown and how blue it was. The ladies behind the desk lied about everything and threw my chart down and walked away. They are very very rude there. Do not go there!
