Call them! After three years of moderately expensive repairs on a failing system, I finally called around to get estimates from three different companies. Not only was A1's estimate FAR lower than competitors, they finished in half the time quoted by the other guys. Now my house is cool, we saved some money, and A1 has some customers for life!
