At Rock School we believe the best way to learn music is to play music. This has been our approach to teaching students for many years. Students are more inspired to learn, be motivated and excel but most of all build confidence. Our programs and teaching techniques take students through a unique learning experience. While aspiring to a complete novice, there's also something new and challenging for seasoned pros to reach even greater achievements. ROCK SCHOOL students learn their instruments establish great work ethic, teamwork, and confidence throughout their lives. Rock School students master the basics while playing actual rock music, before jumping into live shows. Songs are chosen to highlight the skills needed to build a strong foundation on a respective student’s musical instrument. For example, a beginner guitar student needs to learn power cords/5Th shaped cord, then pick songs that use these forms as a basis to introduce the concept. Lessons includes: Learning basics technique and theory. Understand how to play in a group, Weekly private music lesson and group band rehearsal.
