My first visit to Clarkesville Library was enlightening. I had not been there in probably 25 years. I was glad to see that the main entrance had been changed. I remember having to walk up the street, sometimes in the rain, from the parking lot. It had been so long that my name was no longer in the computer. I am a Reading teacher this year and was excited to find the exact book I needed for a lesson next week. With retirement close at hand, I will be sure that this facility will be a friend to me in the near future.
