I had my roof done a few months ago and it was wonderful! He and his workers were efficient and hardworking. My metal roof is wonderful; will recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!

I called them around Christmas and asked them if they would be able to fix a few shingles on my roof and to take a look at it and to repair it where necessary. He told me, he would get back to me shortly. On January 7, I called again, since nobody got in touch with me. When I asked why he did not call me, he answered aggressively that the whole roof is covered in snow and if I would go on a snow covered roof. I said no and reminded him at the same time that the snow is only there for a few days. He when proceeded to tell me that he will not do the job and that I have to find somebody else. Than he hang up on me without giving me a chance to say something.

Shingles came off my roof and I need them replaced. I just hope that I have no further damage due to his miserable work ethic. Maybe they are to big now, and they are not doing the "small business" anymore. But Mr Kroh should be fair enough to tell people, and not agree to do something and in the end doing nothing.
