They have not picked up my trash for 2 weeks now. They have always been hit and miss. When I call the driver always has some excuse and they do NOT return to pick up garbage. Bad customer service.

I put our trash out the night before our scheduled pick up day. I went out of town that morning and returned 2 days later to find both trash cans had not been picked up. I called the office and the lady said the driver told her they were not out when he came by. She suggested that since I was out of town someone took my cans back to the house and then returned them to the road before I got back home..... Since I was not at home to verify . I told her I have always paid my bill on time and times I have forgotten to take the cans out I would never call as it's my own fault. She said they weren't going to do anything as her driver said they weren't there. I asked if they could send someone out to pick them up and she hung up on me !!! Great customer service .... I am changing services .
