Community Action Resource & Development, also known as CARD, is a nonprofit organization. The organization administers a range of antipoverty programs in northeastern Oklahoma. It is designated by the State of Oklahoma as a community action agency. The organization is affiliated with the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), Housing Urban Development (HUD), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Health and Human Service (HHS). Community Action Resource & Development has been in operation since 1996. It also accepts donations from individuals and institutions. In addition, Community Action Resource & Development operates housing development and child and adult care food programs.
