I’d been looking for a Mossberg shotgun all over the place. I searched other local gun shops and online with no luck. I walked in to The Gun Shop yesterday and they had several shotguns for me to choose from. There were some I’d never heard of, so I wanted to do a little research to make sure I was buying the right shotgun for me. The guys working the counter didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was wasting their time. In fact, they walked me through features of every shotgun they had. Never pushing one over the other and I really appreciated that. So after doing a little research I decided to head back tonight ad bought my Mossberg. The whole process was fast and easy. I once bought a gun at another shop and it literary took an hour to run my background check and find a case to put my gun in. I understand that all the shops have issues with inventory due to the high demand. But, TGS and guys took great care of me. And if they don’t have it in stock, they can get it. Thanks guys!

When I started looking for my first hand gun. I visited every gun store in the area and I walked in and out within minutes. I stepped into The Gun Broker, was treated like family, and when I was asking questions, I wasn't treated like just another window shopper. That's why I love this place. Everyone here is awesome and I have purchased many loved firearms from here and always tell people how great you all are.

Even though it was close to being closed, I was not rushed. I was treated like I came in at non. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question. I had the perfect customer service.
