Sunrise Middle School, founded in 1991, is located in Clackamas, Ore., and offers education to more than 1,000 students in grades seven and eight. It offers various subjects, such as math, English, science, social studies and foreign languages. It also offers classes in music, drama, visual art, and health and physical education. The school provides library services, a language laboratory, private music lesson rooms and a fully-networked computer laboratory. It offers a wide variety of sports and athletic activities, including basketball, football, soccer, tennis, softball and cheerleading. Sunrise Middle School is operated by the North Clackamas School District 12.
