I tried to use Eb3 when ordering and installing blinds for our new house. We are committed to using small, local companies over the big box brands whenever possible, so we thought we would give them a try. Apparently, they have enough business because it took them 2 weeks to return my husband's call. At that point, we had almost finalized our order with another local company. However, we decided to give them the opportunity to bid as well. They never showed up for the appointment and called a week later asking if we would like to set up an appointment. I am not sure if he was the same person who my husband had set up the orginal appointment with, but he did not seem to have any knowledge of that appointment or that someone else from the company had already called. I reluctantly set up another appointment and again, no one ever showed up. That was over 1 month ago and we have already placed our order with the other company. I understand that everyone is busy and can sometimes miss an appointment, but this was twice and they seemed very scattered and unorganized. I recommend skipping them altogether and talking to some of the other great local companies. Please email us if you would like to know who we used.

Used eb3 for new plantation shutters. They also cleaned some old blinds I was going to replace, but I thought I might try and clean them and get a few more years use. The old blinds came back looking great and I will get another year or two out of them. They were very professional and priced very competitively. I would surely recommend them to any friend.
