I would rate Kaiser with a minus if I could. While having carpal tunnel surgery and unconscious, I was moved from the operating table to the rolling gurney by use of my arms and legs. As a result of this method both of my shoulders were hyper extended and my left and right rotor cuff were injured. It has bee eight months of serious pain and Kaiser will do nothing to help.

Extreme pain, running high fever, was told to shut up or they would taze me...

We have had the most caring wonderful efficient inexpensive professional care there for years! I tend to go on raving about Kaiser! People are naturally friendly. They obviously care about my elderly mother. Some recognize her and speak to her by name. Some go beyond what is expected to inform me of what is happening. They work to find solutions for all sorts of things. There is always a nurse available for help. We have had heart surgery, diabetes care, diet advice, physical therapy, covered chiropractic care, glasses, hearing tests and hearing aid, treatment for poison ivy, and the list goes on. My mother is 94 years old, and she would be dead for sure and her life quality would not be even close to as good as it is if it were not for Kaiser. Each time the service was better than expected. It would be like going to buy a cereal bowl and getting a magnificent collectible jewel studded art piece.
