CORRUPT MANAGEMENT since that 2012 review. f you rent here you stand a great chance of having your mobile or manufactured home stolen from you by Bill and Mary Feliz of Evans Mgmt. They abuse the elderly, are in violation of many of the Mobilehome Residency Laws, don't maintain the property, don't keep the facilities or office open during posted hours, don't follow their own rules, which they change at their whim and have different rules for different people. The mgrs themselves are the most rude, ignorant, unprofessional people I have ever met. Evicts people and threatens them with eviction if he wants their mobilehome and they won't sell it to him for 25% of value, has taken 19 people's homes this year alone - unlicensed, currently being investigated, won't approve qualified buyers - blocking you from selling your home to anyone but him, or has your heirs sign the home over to him saying he has determined it's uninhabitable (even though he's not qualified to make any opinion on anything) and they owe him $2000 for removing it unless they sign their home over to him or his wife. He then turns around and sells it, pocketing the money, without doing any repairs. Hires felons, rents out mobilehomes which isn't allowed, has an "I can do anything I want" attitude. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR HOME and be constantly watched by him and his felon employee or want to join in a class action lawsuit against Evans Management and the owners, who have been advised and choose to do nothing.

A great Passport America Park for Rv's that are Short term or long term . Within 100 miles there is Reno, Lake Tahoe or San Francisco. A great place to stay for touring the Napa wine country or old Sacramento. Lots of entertainment around the area. A nice park with shady trees and friendly people.
