Terrible customer service

I bought a pair of $100 shoes for my son. He wore them one day and they were so uncomfortable that he could not wear them and went back to his too small shoes. When I tried to return them, Champs refused to give me a refund. So now I'm styck with a defective product and no shoes for my son.
