They steal items worth money from inside your car. THEIVES!! They stole my ipod (signing a complaint with the police department about that), which had catalogs of albums on there, all paid for. Probably worth over $700.00 just in music. The ipod is a classic 160 gig chrome which is over $450.00 to buy one. So much for going through the car and placing everything in a bag. Yeah right. I will be writing a letter to the BBB as well. They can't even afford to have a regular building. It's a beat up old trailer with metal fencing over the windows. THIEVES!! THIEVES!! THIEVES!!! I have security cameras on my house, and will be submitting the video to the police as well. Has a clear pic of the thief that was working. He was the same person that emptied my car, and STOLE my ipod. Losers!!!

The people that write bad reviews are the people that don't pay their bills.....don't lease a car you can't afford, and you will never see these people and you will not have to worry about them.I bet you blame Obama for missing your payments also.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT USE A SECURE LOT LIKE THEY ADVERTISE. ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS ROUTINELY PARKS MULTIPLE REPOSSESSED VEHICLES ON THE TOWNSHIP STREETS WHERE HE LIVES. THEY ARE LEFT THERE FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO BECOME POSSIBLE VICTIMS OF THEFT AND DAMAGE. HE ALSO DRIVES AROUND TOWN WITH THE REPOSSESSED VEHICLES ATTACHED TO HIS TRUCK. IF YOUR CAR IS REPOSSESSED, IT IS NOT SAFE AND SECURE. IF YOU ARE A BANK THAT USES THIS COMPANY TRUST ME, I KNOW YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE OR SECURE LIKE THEY ADVERTISE.

please never do business with this company they bunch of thiever ,they repo my car and they stole valet from my car with a lot of cah and my documents and credit carts
