I would give 0 if they had it. I dropped off 4 pairs of pants, the second pair that was hidden under the first pair the had the crease on the leg on the side and not the front of the leg. I've had many issues with this place in the past. Don't ever take shirts you'll get them back with half the buttons missing. Even though they are cheap don't go there it's not worth the aggravation better to go to a reputable place and pay a little more.

I brought in a light colored jacket to have cleaned at the Cinnaminson store. When I picked it up, there were brown stains all over one of the arms. They said they would run it through again. When I went to pick it up the second time, the stains were still on the back of the sleeve. I asked to speak to the manager but all I got was the cell phone number of some kid who just kept claiming that they didn't make the stains. When I asked if I could stop in and talk to him he said he is the owner of two stores but doesn't have set hours at either of the stores he owns. My jacket is ruined and I've noticed from other posts that this isn't the first time this has happened and that other people have just been blown off as well. I'll nerver go here again!
