Excellent experience with Zipfel Mortgage. Very professional with excellent communication every step of the way. Since this was my first experience with purchasing a home, it was important to work with someone trusted in the industry. I was able to secure a loan rate much lower than anticipated because Zipfel works tirelessly to provide home buyers with the best rates available - this is a huge benefit because you don't have to shop around for what you think is the best rate, they will get you the best rate available (made me feel very comfortable about my decisions) From initiation of paperwork to final approval of the loan - it took roughly 2 weeks. Because of the experience this group has, they were able to keep me clued in on possible costs arising and even forecast the final HUD, which was very helpful in planning/budgeting. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and will be using them again on my next home purchase.
