HELP!!!

I recently called this law firm on handling a dept. I spoke with a lady name Holly & she truly came off threatening as well discussed my prior court information with Elc with a Vickie who she told about medical dept which is hippa violation. Holly came off if I was bothering her when I was inquiring info on how could I pay this dept she proceeded over talking me and kept telling me you Will forever have this dept when I was calling trying to get it handled and not one time I said I wasn't gone pay. Holly simply was belittling me as if she wasn't listening to anything I was saying as if she HAD better things to be doing than talking to me. Also she discuss my prior court information with another person Vickie @ELC who doesn't work @ the firm. I feel I was a victim uncivil fair act, I was just trying to get info on my dept & work out payment arrangement. Also my hippa rights been violated!

What can I do so know one else has to go through these unfair acts of this firm bully antics that wasn't civil?

HELP!!!
