I wouldn't send anyone there!!
I recently went to Weinle Auto Sales East to look at a vehicle, which I did end up purchasing, and I am now regretting it tremendously!! The staff seemed nice and I thought I was getting a good deal, however, after just a few days of driving the vehicle, I realized I was wrong. I couldn't drive it down the road without it overheating! After replacing some parts and still not being able to fix the problem, we sent it off to a garage. Luckily, the vehicle came with a powertrain warranty, so I felt somewhat relieved (until later). Mechanics looked at the vehicle told us the intake gasket was blown and the head was so warped it couldn't be sent off to fix. The warranty would not pay for a new head because of the overheating or for the new spark plugs, wires, etc.. This garage also said that new tires, tire rod ends, and an alignment were needed and that we hadn't had the vehicle long enough to do the kind or amount of damage that had been done to this car. They had suggested us to call Weinle Auto Sales and explain what was going on, that maybe they would pay for some of these expenses since all of the problems were pre-existing. I have paper work from a Glockner GM Super Store (where this vehicle was sent to be fixed) stating this car was UNSAFE TO DRIVE!! We called Weinle and explained all of this to them and they said that we had bought the car "as is" and they wouldn't pay for anything. We did buy the car as is, but we were told we were buying a car that didn't have any problems, plus it came with a 3 month/5 thousand mile powertrain warranty. At the moment, I have had the vehicle just a little over a month it spent 3 weeks of that in the garage) and over $2200.00 has been spent on repairs... and we're not even done with it all yet! This vehicle has been a nightmare and we can't just go buy another one...we're stuck with it!

good dealership My co-worker bought two cars there and was very pleased. After doing research on market prices in the area they seemed to be priced very well. I purchased a Hyundai elantra from them and had a good expirence. They were low pressure and I felt comfortable.
Service after the Sale: Excellent We found ourselves in a tough spot, and after explaining our situation, Ray found us the perfect car with an affordable payment. The car had a little difficulty starting that afternoon, and we took it back. The car was repaired, and is running like a top. We will definitely be back. Thanks Ray!
A1 Dealership on the West Side We have relied on Weinle Auto Sales for the purchase of our last 2 cars. Our credit was not, perfect however, between Bruce our sales associate who was awesome and really made us feel comfortable, and Ray the finance manager they got us approved on the car we really wanted. We actually traded back the vehicle we purchased from Ray 7 years ago. That was a great buy then and we felt like they had sold us a really great car and taken care of so we went back and got the same Great Customer service once again. They answered all our questions, and worked with us through the whole process, we never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything, we got the car that we wanted, with the payments that we wanted. These guys are very professional; and just do a really great job; we have recommended them to others in the past and will definitely recommend them in the future

Our family had an exceptional experience at Weinle. We were on our way to another dealership driving by Weinle Auto saw the exact same vehicle stopped and was given such an awesome deal. Great Service and Ray definitely did not pressure us in any way. They even went above and beyond. One week later the TIMING BELT went out on the vehicle and they stepped up to the plate and covered all out of pocket costs. Unheard of in today's economy; take it so far as to say other than a reputable West Side family owned dealership would not have happened. I don't praise often..but they deserve a kudo's BIG TIME! Thank you for having awesome work ethics!!

I personally had an exceptional experience at Weinle. Ray was easy to work with, did not make me feel pressured or uneasy, and really helped me get a great car at a great price. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an easy car buying experience.

and my sister bought a car for her son there. We are african-american and were treated very well which is why we came back. They had good clean serviced cars and were not high pressure. I would reccomend them to anyone.
I and brother both purchased cars from Weinle. Both cars were very reliable and ran great. The prices are reasonable and there isn't any shady business going. Nice selection of used cars (I believe they specialize in foreign models). Good place to shop if you are looking for a nice used car.
