My husband had to have rotator cuff surgery. His surgeon was part of the Network of doctors for our insurance. BUT - his surgery was at Evendale Medical Center and that is NOT IN THE NETWORK so all charges were handled as 'out of network' and we got hit with a big bill. After we got the bill they said they would 'adjust it to make it just like a network billing' and they did give some discounts BUT they would not give us credit for the Deductibles and Out Of Pocket Maximums already met. The facility itself is nice and stafff is pleasant and all - but WATCH OUT if they are not part of your PPO or Network!

Would not recommend. Not on schedule. Terrible experience.
