I called for routine service check up (part of the Thompson club plan, I highly recommend). Josh B. checked my furnace and found a couple of parts almost failing. Josh showed me the cost to repair vs. replacing the unit, the energy savings associated with each and presented real world solutions keeping my finances in mind. Josh took the time to show me what each of these parts did and develop a timetable for their replacement. Josh was a true professional and exemplified all that I have known Thompson to be. I am truly happy with the service and will be a customer for life.

Kyle H came out to check on my furnace after my heat was not working. Since I had just had my tune up a few days before he made sure he retested everything. He couldn't get me the $900 worth of parts I needed that day but was nice enough to bring up a heater I had in my basement & get it set up for me so that my kids and I would be warm until the next morning. Kyle came the next day and brought his supervisor just to confirm his diagnosis since he could tell that the $900 was going to be a financial strain for us especially with the holidays right around the corner. I was so glad that he did.Turns out that it was only one part that was bad and only cost $270 to fix. He went and got the part & had my heat working in no time. I appreciate all the care and concern Kyle H showed my family. He went above and beyond the call of duty and for that I am beyond thankful.This was wonderful Sigma 6 customer service!!!

Carl Qucsai -- arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He discussed the options available for the work I needed done, and completed the work in a timely manner. My bill was for the exact amount of his estimate, and I think he did an excellent job and plan to use his company for another wiring project.
Vinny Falcone -- was very professional and explained – in detail – my options for the project, and did an outstanding job installing my new water system. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and be assured he would honest, candid and professional in dealing with them. He is among the best service people I have deal with.

Thompson called to confirm the appointment the day prior. Josh B. the technician called as promised to let me know he was on the way. Josh B. was punctual, polite and very thorough. He didn't rush through the system check-up and did a great job explaining things to me along the way. He provided great insight and was very thorough. I cannot speak highly enough about the company, technician and overall satisfaction of my first experience with Thompson. The icing on the cake was how supportive they have been of our military veterans, and I learned even more about what this company has done not only for our fellow veterans, but for a fallen soldier from the tri-state. I would highly recommend Thompson to anyone looking for a professional response to their heating, a/c and plumbing needs. Thanks again!

My Thompson Plumbing Heating & Cooling experience was great from the very beginning. My technician arrived between the designated hours I was given of 1pm-3PM. He was polite when introducing himself, and immediately got down to business. I showed him downstairs to my furnace, he inspected and ran a few tests before heading outside to my AC unit. After about ten minutes of diagnosing the problem, he came back inside and told me he would have the AC fixed in no time. About forty five minutes later, my technician came back inside and told me everything was good to go. I signed a few papers, wrote my check and he was on his way. My complete experience with Thompson was above average from start to finish and I couldn't be happier I chose them.
