I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The office staff is a joke. They are just awful people in general. They have no regards for your comfort or even for your well being. They don't care if there is an issue with your apartment, they'll take forever to get back with you, they make promises they don't keep. MAKE SURE TO GET EVERY SINGLE THING IN WRITING, from a tiny scratch in the wall to WHEN EXACTLY YOU ARE MOVING OUT! Or else you'll get stuck with a $1500 bill 2 months after you move out. Oh and that bill will most likely have already been sent to collections because the staff was too lazy to even send us the first bill. I was promised multiple things by the leasing manager (Antonia Chandler) and she went back on EVERY SINGLE THING she promised us. The owner is just as much of a leach. Never returned any calls. They are just waiting to take advantage of you and your money.
