this is true about this ups Sharonville office no customer service line off the hook

. delivery man doesn't knock on door but leave notice horrible service. I see why USPS is the best!!!!!!! I wish all seller would use USPS SERVICE.

This is no way to run a busine...

This is no way to run a business. Hours of operation are not listed on the web site. The phone number is given, but I've been calling every 5 minutes for over an hour and it's continually busy. On two separate occasions now I've been very disappointed with package delivery and can't seem to get in touch with a real person at this Sharonville location to discuss the problem.
