After MANY years of being a faithful customer of this car wash in December 2015 they damaged my car. There is no doubt there were liable as they told me they have a video which shows the car going into the tunnel just fine and coming out damaged. They agreed to pay for the damage, however, when they found out the cost the owner refused ANY payment even though his son-in-law told me on the phone he was wrong and they owed the full amount for the damage. I was told I must sue them to get any payment. It is very sad this business would act in such an unethical manner to anyone let alone a longtime loyal customer.....All I want is my car repaired.

I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasn't his fault. I talked to the owner (whom I had to wait an hour for) and he said that it was not his fault but he had no clue either how this happened. I told them that the machine that cleans the rims have metal in them and it had to be that. The employee told me (in front of the owner) that I was a lier. I express my unhappiness about that to the owner and he said I was a lier also. I have NEVER complained about ANY company before, but then, I have never had anything this bad happen to me and the company not fix. I have pictures to prove it. I will NEVER go back to them again. And I suggest that no one goes there. Not only did I get about $800 worth of damage, I also got called a lier. Very disrespectful. I should have checked them out on the internet before I went there. If I did I would have seen that a lot of people have problems with them.

I've been a customer for 10+ years. Great car wash - anyone who says otherwise must have ulterior motives. My neighborhood is less than 10 miles from this place and many of my neighbors go there. I've heard great things about their detial shop as well.

Love this car wash! My car always looks great when I leave - inside AND out!! Other chain car washes charge A LOT more and some of them only clean the outside. Nice to find a locally owned business that knows how to take care of their customers. 5 stars all the way!!!

Service has gone downhill. They need someone to come in and train these people how to do their jobs... If you are going to provide a service... DO IT RIGHT! YOU DON'T ARMORALL THE TIRES, WIPE THE WHEELS DOWN.. THEN USE THE SAME TOWEL TO CONTINUE TO DRY A BLACK CAR! C'mon really?! Also, why would you worry about the windows while the wet car is getting water spots baked into it?! GEEZ!! LET'S GET SERIOUS! Take pride in what you do! Apply a process that allows you to stand out from the rest! ...AND ALL YOU CHEAP A$$E$ THAT DON'T TIP: Do not ruin it for the people that do! These people do not make anything without tips! I know because I did this job in highschool! They're $4.00 an hour mentallity is WHY PUT FORTH THE EFFORT IF IT WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED BY BEING OFFERED A TIP!?! It's a shame because the place has the traffic.. and will probably get more if small steps are taken to provide a better service.. $$$$$ WILL COME WITH EXCELLENCE!

I have used the Sharonville Car wash for 18 years. They are the best car wash I have found ANYWHERE. The service is compleet as they do the inside as well as the outside. Not a wham bam EXPRESS outside only wash. The towells are perfect and the conveyor is poly plastic. Sounds like the Escalade driver was trying to get some new rims and paint for a worn out ride they can't afford to maintain to me.

I took my new Escalade here. I asked them to be very carefule. They scraped my gorgeous chrome wheels on driver side pulling in. They must have had dirty rags or something because my paint looks like it was wiped down with a stone. The manager is friendly and will offer you free car washes if you complain but that doesn't fix my car and I would never subject it to this again. :(

I have been going to this car wash for years. I have always given them another chance after previous damage they cause to my meticulous and expensive cars and go back. I can go a few times and not have a problem, then have a horrible experience. After today I'm swearing off of them for good! First they use multiple people to drive your car onto the rack which is where problems start. Some of the people are careless and will scratch your wheels. Not small scratches BIG scuffs all the way around. Then sometimes they don't have it on the track properly causing undo harm to your vehicle. They use FILTHY rags/towels at the end of car wash service. Today was it for me. I took my brand new 6 day old BMW through and the guy majorly scratch it with his dirty towel. If you must use an automatic car wash in Cincinnati go to Rainbow. They don't get the car as clean as Sharonville but they train their people how to operate and care for your car so that damage like I've experienced on numerous occassions over the years at Sharonville won't happen. They also have only one person driving cars onto the rack. I've lost $$$$$ in damaged wheels at Sharonville as well as undo harm to cars from not being put correctly on the track during to this simple task. Also if you must go to Sharonville for convenience look for someone familiar and request that person. Today I had a new guy (tall a little over weight). Avoid him for sure! It's so bad it's almost like he scratched my car intentionally. I've never written a review and usually keep quiet when I receive poor service but this is abusive, wreckless, and careless. They should have a big WARNING sign. I'm so mad at myself for going back! That was it! Oh and on top of it all they're extremely SLOW. They are flustered if they have more than a couple customers at one time. I'm so sick of the abuse I've taken from Sharonville car wash. As much as I enjoy having a clean car it just isn't worth it for me anymore going there. I'm very upset.

I grew up cleaning/detailing cars out of my parents' home as a side job and swore I would never take mine through a car wash. Well, as I grew up and realized free time is now unheard of, I broke down and tried out this car wash (based on reviews and it being up the street from my office). I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received here! I expected to have to touch up the rims, dry around the moldings, and clean off some water spots when I returned home but I was wrong. The guy was on his knees wiping down each individual rim (dirty rims can make a clean car look dirty - pet peeve of mine). I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the car to be wiped down after the wash but it is completey worth it if you appreciate a good car wash. They have recently opened up an attached detail garage where they seem to have started off very well! I have been back here time and time again now and receive the same consistently good service/wash and I would recommend them to anyone! Friendly staff, good service, and good value!

Well when I pulled up to the area I was approached by a man, very nice and american. Told him I wanted the $9 exterior and interior. I asked him if they would wipe down my leather seats and interior, he replied yes...with a rag. He instructed his help of my order and they went to work...instantly. 2 mexican women hurried to vac my front seats, I could barely get out. They just kept looking at me and smiling.....
I then went into the waiting area. After I paid my car was done...I walked out to my car to find another mexican wiping the dash and doing the finishing touches. He said "Green" and put his hand out....he was referring to the green board that the cashier had handed me to give him, showing I pd. Anyway what happened to the local high school kids and college kids?? I just felt invaded. AND on top of that I still had mud on my passenger front seat from my daughter the day before. I still had mud on the back cupholders. I know I only pd. $9 but I am an unhappy customer. Doubt if I go back.
