After MANY years of being a faithful customer of this car wash in December 2015 they damaged my car. There is no doubt there were liable as they told me they have a video which shows the car going into the tunnel just fine and coming out damaged. They agreed to pay for the damage, however, when they found out the cost the owner refused ANY payment even though his son-in-law told me on the phone he was wrong and they owed the full amount for the damage. I was told I must sue them to get any payment. It is very sad this business would act in such an unethical manner to anyone let alone a longtime loyal customer.....All I want is my car repaired.

doyle an the guys do good work but stay the hell away from black tie detailing left my tahoe full of swirl marks nfor 153.00. Looked like a 12 year old waxed it with his dirty socks.....use shine n ride or sharonville car wash if you want it done right

I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasn't his fault. I talked to the owner (whom I had to wait an hour for) and he said that it was not his fault but he had no clue either how this happened. I told them that the machine that cleans the rims have metal in them and it had to be that. The employee told me (in front of the owner) that I was a lier. I express my unhappiness about that to the owner and he said I was a lier also. I have NEVER complained about ANY company before, but then, I have never had anything this bad happen to me and the company not fix. I have pictures to prove it. I will NEVER go back to them again. And I suggest that no one goes there. Not only did I get about $800 worth of damage, I also got called a lier. Very disrespectful. I should have checked them out on the internet before I went there. If I did I would have seen that a lot of people have problems with them.

Well when I pulled up to the area I was approached by a man, very nice and american. Told him I wanted the $9 exterior and interior. I asked him if they would wipe down my leather seats and interior, he replied yes...with a rag. He instructed his help of my order and they went to work...instantly. 2 mexican women hurried to vac my front seats, I could barely get out. They just kept looking at me and smiling.....

I then went into the waiting area. After I paid my car was done...I walked out to my car to find another mexican wiping the dash and doing the finishing touches. He said "Green" and put his hand out....he was referring to the green board that the cashier had handed me to give him, showing I pd. Anyway what happened to the local high school kids and college kids?? I just felt invaded. AND on top of that I still had mud on my passenger front seat from my daughter the day before. I still had mud on the back cupholders. I know I only pd. $9 but I am an unhappy customer. Doubt if I go back.
