Manufacture label

I recently had this company restore items (clothing) from my house due to a house fire. Giving them instructions to dry on low heat to prevent shrinking. As them impled that they would follow my request. After recieving my items back, this wasn't so. They damaged mulitple items following only the labels and not their customers request. Less than pleased with service of job not to mention their communication skill. Think twice use a person you already have a repore with.. Tried to resolve issues and they stayed I was first unhappy customer. Whatever!

It is our best interest to follow the garment lablel. This label is what the manufacturer tells us is the best way to clean the garment to get the best results. If we clean according to the label and it does not prove successful then perhaps it is a defect in the fabric or the process in which the manufacturer finished the fabric before assembling the garment. There are many garments made outside the US but all must follow the US garment labeling laws.
