I have been apart of REM Ohio now for 4 years and the company has given me amazing opportunities. The staff are all kind hearted, hard working and believe in the power of the individuals we serve. Our individuals are lively and eccentric and very loving people. Although raises aren't likely, the work itself is what pays off. REM Ohio has changed my life in many ways, all for the best. While we help our individuals learn, they also help us learn as well. No one day is the same. Paid time off is very easy to accrue when you are full time. I would recommend this life changing experience to anyone with a good natured heart.
