Now 79, Elmer has been working in the meat products business in Cincinnati's historic West End for 67 years, and he's still hard at work today to ensure that every Queen City Sausage product you taste meets his uncompromising quality standards. Since opening Queen City Sausage in 1965, Elmer has operated his business with the belief that if he gives his customers the highest quality products and outstanding service at a fair and honest price, they will come back. We have expanded 10 times over the years to keep pace with our growing loyal customer base, but we have never taken shortcuts or wavered from our original Old World recipes. We still hand-mix all of our spices to ensure consistent taste and top quality, just like Elmer did when he founded Queen City Sausage Compare our product ingredients labels and you ll see that we don't use any poultry or other fillers like some of the big national brands, says Elmer. We take pride in using only lean cuts of pork and beef in our sausages, and we always will. That's my promise to you.
