The whole Quality Appliance family is friendly and the prices on reconditoned appliances cannot be beat. Customer service is job one at this establishment. Call them. Your appliances will last a long time too. You do get your money's worth.

I would definitely not recommend calling this company when your gas dryer has broken down. My dryer broke down and I found Quality in the yellow pages. I gave them a call and they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. I thought "that's great I will not have to go all weekend without my laundry being done." The guy came out and assured me that the dryer was fixed, so I did a load of laundry and then stuck it in the dryer. Over an hour later the dryer was still running with NO heat and now the timer was stuck. I called them back and they weren't able to come out and "fix" it for two more days. When the repairman came out this time he said he bypassed a fuse, which doesn't sound safe to me and assured me once more that the dryer was working, so again I did a load of laundry, put it in and you guessed it...It still doesn't work. So I will be asking for my money back and calling another repair shop, but this time I will use a company listed on bbb.org.
