I have been coming to Prestige salon for the past 5 months! I absolutely love my eyelash extensions! I get compliments on my eyelashes all the time (no one knows they are not real - even better!) Michelle, the salon owner, does an excellent job and is such a sweetheart! I travel over an hour from Georgetown, Ohio and it is well worth the drive! I am going to try a pedicure during my next visit! I always admire those getting them done while I am there! It looks so relaxing! I definitely would recommend this salon! I will continue to make the drive!!!!

Don't waist your money here!!! This place is bad. Nail technician did a really bad job on my nails ( mani pedi). Very poor selection of nail colors.

I've been to this salon multiple times for different services. The customer service there was absolutely amazing! They make you feel so important. Love the salons owner very sweet!

I have only been to this salon once and that was for the semi-permanent eye lash extentions. I went because they had the cheapest price that I have seen which was around $80 at the time (Feb, 2012) which was a half off special or so I thought. I see that now almost a year later they still have around the same "special". Anyway, I arrived for my appointment and was immediately seen. The room that I was taken to, didnt really look all that clean but I proceeded anyway. As soon as she started putting the lashes on my eyes started to water profusely. I was used to getting cluster lashes and my eyes had never watered before. She explained that it was because of the glue which was "medical grade". The entire process took about 35 minutes. Afterward my eyes were burning and watering so bad that i couldnt see. The technitian gave me a handheld fan to put in front of my face so that the glue could "dry faster". I had to sit in the salon for about 45 minutes after my service was done waiting for my eyes to stop watering and burning so that I could see well enough to drive home. i admit that my lashes did look GOOD. even though the initial burning stopped, every time that I washed my face and my eyes got wet the burning and excessive watering came back until they dried. After about four days, the lashes started coming out in clumps taking my natural lashes with them. I didnt trust going back to Prestige so I went to one of the places that usually did my cluster lashes to help me take out the rest of the lashes. I found out that lashes that Prestige is trying to sell as "semi permanent lashes" are not real. First of all, true semi perminent lashes take about an hour and a half to apply NOT 30 minutes. Secondly true semi permanent eye lashes are not applied to your eye lid but are applied directly onto the lash. At prestige the eyelashes were applied directly to my eye lid. And they used REALLY cheap glue.. wish i would have been more informed before i let that women anywhere near my eyes. I could saved 80 bucks and the bald spots that resulted on my lashes!

I have been a client of Michelle's for 8 years and have enjoyed coming to the Salon. She and her staff are professional, kind, and consistent. I love relaxing and getting pampered there. I have always received the best look to hit the town.

I have been a client at Prestige for aprox 2 years and always receive top notch service! Michelle and her staff are very professional and personable. They are able to handle all scheduled appointments as well as accomodate walk-ins in a timely manner.

Michelle has taken care of my hair for about two years. I am always pleased with the results. She knows how to work with my fine hair. I also enjoy getting pedicures and manicures. The individual doing the work spends the time necessary to do a good job.

This is the best salon I've been in Cincinnati. The stylists here can speak both Chinese and English. They are very professional and nice! I wouldn't go anywhere else to do my hair as long as I live in Cincinnati.

I went to this salon for a special they were running for a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment for 12:00 and was not worked with until 12:20 because the pedicurist was eating lunch. She was very inexperienced, and never even got arond to the manicure. I left after the pedicure to get back to work, and they tried to charge me full price. I will not go back again.

Great hairstylists!!! Michelle, the owner, has done my hair for the past 5 years and gives me great cut and highlights! She always gives me the style that I want and I always get compliments on my hair!! The staff are all very friendly! I know that they are diverse in the services they can do, including highlighs, color, sew in, eyelash extension, facial and body waxing, pedicures and manicures, and even massage. Its a very family friendly environment
