I phoned in an order, went to pick it up. they weren't busy at all. took 15 minutes to get the cashiers attention. I asked about my order, I was told she had to finish some phone in orders before she could help me. I had asked about my phone in order and the importance there of, I was told that she was late for her break and that she would assist me soon after. after seeing my order set on the counter for almost 20 min getting cold, I told her that she could eat my order after her break and left. My wife called as soon as I got home and they were very rude to her, and told her that if she didn't like her service, she should go elsewhere. so for now on, we are. No more Penn Station for us, or our company picnics
