Friendly experienced techs, rates are broken in to 15 minute intervals. Not the cheapest but also considerably less than their peers. Their technicians and office staff go over every detail with you and then discuss the best options with you. Their staff works with you over any issue.

Quality of repairs is sucks. Every repairs last a month right after warranty. Their rate is ok but they round 15 minutes to a hour.
