Founded in 1977, Skally's Old World Bakery specializes in bagels, pita bread and other bakery items. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, the bakery offers a variety of flavors in bagels, such as apple cinnamon, caraway rye, chocolate chip, raisin cinnamon, sourdough, whole wheat, sun dried tomato and many more. Skally's Old World Bakery operates from a 42,000 square foot facility that has a custom-designed freezer that is 40 feet wide and nearly three stories tall. The bakery forms, bakes and packages 24,000 bagels and 10,000 loaves of pita bread every hour.
